Erica Bertschy, LPCC | Denver Therapist

Hi, I'm Erica (she/her).

I'm a Denver-based therapist who helps adults through grief, burnout, and transitions that feel too heavy to carry alone. You don't need someone to fix you or tell you you're doing it wrong. You need space to bring the whole story, including the parts that feel impossible to say out loud.

In therapy, we'll work on finding steadiness when everything feels chaotic. That might look like building practical tools to manage stress, helping your nervous system calm down, or figuring out what self-compassion actually means for you (not the Instagram version). I pull from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness, but I'm not overly clinical about it. I bring humor and realness into the room because therapy works better when it feels human.

I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, and committed to trauma-informed care. All parts of who you are belong here.

Outside of therapy, I'm a mom to three young kids, so I get the mental load of caregiving and the everyday overwhelm that comes with it. I love yoga, cooking with my partner, traveling when we can swing it, and getting outside whenever possible.
