EMBRACING YOUR AUTHENTIC MOTHERHOOD
A JOURNEY TO SELF-DISCOVERY
AN 8-WEEK SUPPORT GROUP FOR MOMS OF YOUNG KIDS (0-5 YRS)
Motherhood comes with endless advice and expectations—what to do, how to feel, who to be. It can be overwhelming, isolating, and at times, deeply confusing. This therapeutic support group offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner wisdom—free from judgment and surrounded by support.
Together, we’ll sift through the noise—the constant tips, shoulds, and well-meaning but often conflicting resources—and get curious about what actually resonates with you. Through guided reflection, discussion, and evidence-informed practices, we’ll explore who you are in this season of motherhood, what matters most to you, and how to move toward those values with authenticity and self-compassion.
Whether you're navigating the early postpartum period, toddlerhood, or simply longing for a deeper connection to yourself amidst the daily grind, this group is here to help you feel grounded, seen, and supported. You don’t have to do this alone.
